So I own almost every property in Albion, however....

I'm hated by everyone, even though my morality is maxed out. They tell me it's not morally right that I own property in the first place. They also ask me if I'm going to rent more houses. The prices are set on normal, and I've never killed a villiager. What's the problem?

The villagers in the Fable universe are stupid - that's the short answer. I have no idea why but most of the time their behaviour and views of the Hero don't make a scrap of sense and don't keep in line with the decisions you make. Seems like you can't do right for doing wrong with them...

I've never experienced anything like that before. Whenever I'm 100% good with normal rent and shop prices, the citizens of Albion are usually pretty fond of me. If you really want everyone to like you, I'd recommend low rent and shop prices.
