Soda Jerk

So, I drink two to three sodas a day and have a STRONG caffeine addiction, and that is the problem, as of now (Doctor checkup last Thursday) I am of superb health, I am slightly overweight but not in the gullet, my eye sight is almost 20/20 and I have no health problems whatsoever, And I have been like this for nearly two years. Sooo, is it too bad that I drink two sodas a day? For comparison:

Each day I have on average:
Two sodas
Three glasses of water
A glass of milk
And every two or three days I have a tea (Normally Earl Grey or Green) or coffee (Usually black).

I eat plenty of fruit, and take a multi-vitamin semi-regularly. Vegetables I am somewhat lacking, and I rarely eat candy (Right now I am making an exception because I have Easter candy, after that I probably won't have more than three pieces of candy a month)

Haha that seems pretty healthy to me.. Im this so called "Outdoor Crazed Freak" But my diet is Craaaaaaap! I eat and drink crap allllllll the time, I get drunk usually every weekend. (Friday and saturday).

Why am I so healthy then? I guess its gene's, and the fact that I DO something, Its not your diet that you really need to worry about, You could be like me, eat really crappy food but then do alot of activities..

I walk my dog at least an hour and a half a day in total, I go to the gym two to three times a week and I walk alot. So I stay in shape.

^ Oh yeah thats good.. Staying in shape is about 40-50% of you using your muscles, then I think improving your muscles and what-not its about 60-70%. So yeah. You should be jogging at a pace where you can still talk to someone, if you're improving your fitness.

I am a Dr. Pepper addict so I go through a lot of cans too. As long as you keep it at a steady pace and don't overdo it... You'll be fine, I guess.

If you're that concerned with sugar, why not try a diet (Lite) alternative?

'Cause Diet tastes bad to me, only sugar concern is a off and on family history of Diabetes, but most people in the family that had it were overweight or retired (Lazy)

On the lazy matter, I'm extremely lazy and don't exercise. Thought somehow my heart-rate is better (slower) than average.

Weird stuff.

I laugh that you worry about weight and not diabetes.

A couple of people I know got diabetes recently, and it didn't seem to me that they were drinking or eating that much sugar.

I don't plan on living very long, I live life believing something will happen to me before I hit 40, whether it be cancer, diabetes, AIDS, crash, exc... I am not afraid of death I just want to look sexy when in my coffin.
