Quick hint - if anyone does decide to do a copy/paste from another site, please please PLEASE don't post the whole thing - provide a snippet of info and then a link to the remainder of it coz otherwise we run the risk of getting penalised by Google for duplicating content...alternatively, read the info you've found and paraphrase it so it isn't identical.
