Someone help me please!!! (No Joke)

My mom has a headache/migrain and she is crying and stuff but I am only 12 years old so I coudln't do much. Anyway at the moment she has a warm paper tower on her head she is on the blanket with dimmed lights and i am playing some soft music.

Make sure there is no light and a glass of water nearby. Oh, and lavender is an excellent natural remedy for headaches of any kind - if you can find anything that smells of it, use that.
