Someone who knows what there doing..

Ok im new to fable tlc modding im trying to do just some basic stuff right now, but the thing is i dont know how to run fable exp or albion exp i have them and i have dotnetfx.
1. I have no clue where to begin
2. I usually just mod halo2
3. If anyone can help it would be great

i tried that but for some reason i cant run fable explorer or albion explorer

any troubleshooting tips?
