Something I noticed while playing pub games

While I was unlocking the prizes in pub games I noticed something and I don't think it has been mentioned before.

The skill potion is red and the strength potion is yellow. I just find it really random that they switched this around. Does that mean strength is now represented by yellow not red? Odd. I wonder why they changed it, it seemed to make sense the way it was.

ya they swaped em around. i dunno why. i know that the experience colors have changed aswell, depending on the button for them. like magic is red now, cuz you use the B button, and strength is blue. no idea about the potions though, unless its just a mistake and they are not really that color. also, i noticed one of the prizes is a magic ring, wich is awsome, now we get magic rings and probably clothes and stuff! :D

Oh Lord, that's going to mess me up for a while. I thought I'd had it figured out. Oh well.

Haha. I suppose matching it to the buttons makes sense but still...it doesn't make sense. I mean look at it:

Red button for magic : blue magic potion
Yellow for long range : Red skill potion
Blue for attack: Yellow potion

???

What the hell? This is so gonna screw with my head.

dont really mater as they can still change it and you can just read the name of the potion, remember to use it when you combact multiplyer is high!

It's like trying say either the names or the colors of these

I'm colour blind so I don't really care.

Not that me being colour blind makes a difference though I just like to let people know I'm technically disabled :)

See, my problem is whenever I see magic in a video game, I usually think blue. When I see strength, I'm going to associate it with red automatically. Suddenly I don't have that lovely frame of reference I usually do, and it freaks me right the heck out XP

Yeah I hardly ever look at the writing I usually just go by colour or look. Well hopefully it will make sense in the final game.


...god damn American spell check! Let me spell colour properly without giving me a red line!

lmao everyone is like dumb Americans...... i probably shouldnt laugh considering i am a couple hours away from the border

i think there should be a glow of red in your hands when you amp up strength, or when you amp up all parimeters all three colors glowing.... it would be awesome if your veins start to glow

I think there should be some sort of skill transformation. I mean in Fable when you got leveled up strength you got muscled and for magic you got all glowy but nothing happened for skill (as far as I'm aware).

what could they do to show a upgrade in skill? a little jig?;)

Maybe look more nimble or something? I don't know. There just should be something! :P
