Something wrong with my game

Hey guys can u plz help me, i have instaled TLC and made it trough almost half the game now i think, but ever since i installed the game it closes itself at a random time every time i play, happens mostly when its loading a new area.

I have had the same Challenges myself; and found that it was my Video Card that was causing problems; if you have a look at the following link; it may give you an idea if you have the Full Specification for the Game;
