Sonic + Banner

This is a Banner I made for a Friend; to his Specifications; with his Forum being called 'techno_nerd'; I myself wouldn't have used the particular Script requested; however; I would like to initially show the beginnings of the Banner; which is a Background with Sonic Blended into it; it looks Simple; but the Blending wasn't as easy as it looks ;

The second image is the final Banner which my Friend requested; including the Text; an image of Mario; and an image of Master Chief;

i think the chief and need a little shadowing and some blur mixed on the sides so they mix more with the background and i find it kinda strange how mario is floating so i would say make the back leg touch the bottom of the sig. but +rep anyway.
