SPAM!!!

Ok I could take it for a while but it's out of control now.. every other second 5 things saying "You have received a new email message from Fable 2 forums" I think Im going to log out if it keeps up I cant take it.. it keeps making this annoying sound!! GAH! I think im going crazy!
