Spire Photo

While playing Fable 2 I entered first person to look at a picture I had noticed. It shows the spire and bower lake hero hill. A lone figure is standing on the hill and lightning is coming from the hill. Any Ideas whats happening.Note: The photo was taken before Archon made the first. I know that because there is no sea leading up to the spire, just land.

The photo can be found in many houses. The first time I found it was in reavers house on the wall.
