Start saving for 360+Fable now

For those of you not fortunate enough to already have or be getting a :360: for Christmas I suggest start saving for it now.

Consider this: Assuming that you want to save your game plus any down loadable content that may arise. You will need at least the Pro at $349. Currently Fable is listed as 49 on some sites but will probably be $59 just like most new games. For easy math I'm going to assume there is going to be a limited edition at $69 if you also add on a Gold membership, at $50, that will enable whatever online features Peter decides upon the total will be $468 that's 39 a month or 9 a week not so bad if you start now.

If you don't have a job try and find one where you can work 2-3 hours one day a week that should cover you.

Good Luck! Here's hoping everyone here gets to play Fable 2 when it comes out a year from now.

Luckily for me i will just need to renew Live subscription and buy the game by then.

Fairly off topic, I know, but I'd quite like to have seen what Fable 2 would be like on a Wii, if that had been the platform Fable originated on...

Anywho, so long as our 360 doesn't go all red ring on us, we should still be ok for next year...but if not, at least we've got time to save up for another one :D

I'm saving for an HDTV as I want to play it in all it's glory

Don't suppose you get any kind of multimedia package deals across the pond do you? Where you can get HD TV, console, games and...I dunno...free dog or something? Coz that would be even better - and probably cheaper too :D

There where several deals where if you bought a certain TV you would get a free PS3 or 360 yeah. Depending on what is available I'm looking to get a free home theater system Plus an employee discount :D

Excellent! I've never been able to find a deal like that in the UK...:(...you get a home cinema system and DVD player with certain television packages but not a console...

Don't need to sell crack for just $9 a week. You can make that in 2-3 hours even at minimum wage.

Yeah that is lame. Playing a games over again after the second or third time is like chewing old bubble gum it doesn't have the same flavor.
