Starting a New Game?

Hey guys, watsup? im new on the forums. and i searched around but couldnt find an answer, so.. maybe a stupid question, but if you start a new game, can you access your old game as well?

As for transferring, you would need a friend online to be the middle man so it would be like this.
Rich Char -> Middle man -> Log on to new char -> Middle man gives you money

You can also do at home
Rich Char (Controller 1) -> Middle Man (Controller 2 - NEW XBOX PROFILE AND CHAR!) -> New Char. (After middle man has money, save, then switch first controller to your new profile.)
