Stealing!

Hey!
My friend told me that you can steal stuff from people or shops in Fable, but i am not able to do that in Fable 2.:/
Did they removed that function?
Do i need to buy a book or something??
Please help if you now how to steal in Fable 2.^_^

you can steal from the shops but NOT the shop items themselves.. and houses

But is it posseble to steal from normal people in the game?

How do you mean? You can obviously nick stuff from their houses and what have you...just make sure the little eye icon you get when stealing is shut and not open or you'll get caught.

I think I understand your dilemma.

In the original Fable, it was possible to steal items from shops simply by walking up to a certain object and holding down the directional pad.

In Fable II, it is no longer possible to steal the items themselves; however, if you walk up to a cash register in a shop and hold down the A button when prompted, you are able to steal cash from a shop. If you want to steal from a house, walk up to a dresser, cupboard, etc., in the house and wait until you are prompted to hold down the A button.
