Can the Strawberry Blonde Dye or Captain Teddy be traded?

I have been trying to get 1985 points exactly at the Colosseum for weeks now with no luck :(

You dont need exactly 1985 well you do but if you dont hit the multipliers you should get it i got captain teddy before i knew about the teddies also you can keep getting points as loong as you got the number1985 at some point in the fight.
