Stuck in Scene in Bloodstone

For some reason, it says i am still stuck in the hero of skill scene. I CAN'T use my wepons or magic or fast travel from Bloodstone. but if i leave the region, i can.:wacko: When i get close to the mansion it says I can skip the scene, but nothing happens. I really dont want to have to start over because my skills are all full and i own almost every building in the game.:'( PLEASE HELP!!

I don't think anyone knows how to fix this but if you do please tell me.

there is no way you just have to be careful not to run in to any more problems like this.you may have to make a new file.
