Swear Filter
Yuppers, me again with more hideous rules to really make your day even worse
As you know, we have a swear filter in place to stop all you naughty boys and girls from turning the air blue - now, this works by you typing in a filthy word like "poo" and the filter recognising this word and starring it out like so :"***"
Even some words you may not personally see as a swear word are starred out just to keep people from calling each other various orifices which happens from time to time in the heat of debate - regardless, it is against the rules to try and evade the filter by starring out one word or replacing letters with numbers or symbols.
To be fair, this really isn't a major issue here on this forum - you're all pretty good at just plain old swearing at each other and therefore the stars come out in all their glory, but primarily for new members here I would like to impress upon you that you will get just one verbal warning about swear filter evasion and then an official "yellow card" on your profile. If you continue to ignore the filter, then it's an infraction - a red card. Too many infractions and it's bye bye for a while...
Whilst I am well aware that other forums don't have this filter, we do - and I would thank you all kindly to abide by our rules and not try to get around them by replacing letters and/or claiming ignorance.
But anywho - you all know how to cuss each other out properly, so I don't anticipate any problems :lol:
