Swinging Sword Glitch

Hello all, New to the forum, first post

Anywho, I'm having a problem with my Swinging Sword. I got it out of the chest on my secondary account, and after doing the orgy and having sex a few times with females, Decided to trade it over to my main, after doing so, I tried to keep going on the upgrades, But for some reason its not registering on the sword. Is this a glitch or is it because I gifted the sword?

Can I fix it?

I have lost upgrades by trading via couch co-op, but there's no reason you shouldn't be able to get them back. Check in the Sanctuary to see if the bar is moving up at all. Sometimes it takes a while before you get the little "pow" moment where you SEE the upgrade happen and all.
