So, according to Fable Wiki and a guy from YT, in order to get an arcane hilt with red orb I have to use Fireball spell a lot. And I do so. Yet when I'm trying to morph the hilt I always get the blue arcane. Wtf? I even checked my stats - I've got more kills with Fireball than Shock. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Whether you use the Fireball spell or the Shock spell, the oval on the arcane hilt will always turn out to be blue. The only way you can make it red is by earning gold from shops and houses. Then, on your fourth morph, you have an opportunity to turn your weapon red.

necromancer11, is right. I have the last hero sword in the youtube video, with the lycanthropy head.
These are the specifications for my hero sword.

  • Weapon has reacted to your use of gold, giving a more intricate design.
  • Positive attitude to other people has given you your handle
  • Your business acumen in property market has turned your weapon red

There should be a forth specification, however i refuse to finish the game. Thus i shall not have it.
Since my acumen in business is high, it has also effected my weapons that have met the legendary, requirements; my casanova sword blade is red, plus the faeria hammer of the moon king that i have farmed for another player, it's crystals, and handle are also red..
What orbs are you referring to??? Is it on the weapon itself??
Hope this has been informative.
Cheers

The problem is that if I get this blue arcane and then at level 4 I get red color, then the orb becomes yellow/golden. And I'm pretty sure I'm not color-blind and this guy here ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hItv2IA6lU ) has red arcane.

That appears to be red, but technically, I think it's purple. You see, that sword is not the Hero Sword. It was the Channeler, a legendary weapon. On legendary weapons, one upgrade will change the color of the weapon, and another will give it a certain aura, both of which can appear before the level four and five chests have been opened (only on legendary weapons though; you must open these chests to get the color and aura on Hero Weapons). That person obviously completed the upgrade that changes the Channeler's color. That's why it looks the way it does.
