Does anyone here play them? If so what ones?

I like Fire Emblem, Super Robot Taisen, and FF Tactics.

SHINING FORCE II!!!!!

And yeah, I'm a huge fan of FFT I just wish it wasn't so broken! I've grown to really enjoy the action RPGs that rely heavily and a tactical combat such as Baldurs Gate and DA: O

Honestly, I felt Baulder's Gate was clunky and confusing... Probably cuz I played II before I.

Anyway, SHINING FORCE II ROCKS! Peter and Gerhalt and Main Character smash all. Mmm Gerhalt is my favorite.

Also, check out Fire Emblem, it's very anime-ish, but also very difficult. As in, someone reaches 0hp they DIE... forever! Can always restart a chapter however. Also, enemies are ruthless and mean (especially on hard >.<) and will exploit ANY flaw in your formation.

FFT had a lot of problems... If you have the original disc and a playstation, go find an emu and the game. I know of a site where they've made various patches. Completely new game patches, higher difficulty patches, balancing patches, combinations of each. I'll go find it now.

Wait... would it not be allowed considering it's emulation? No emu's or roms on the site, only the FFT Editor and patcher and the various patches.

Yeah I don't think its allowed but I can GOOGLE!!!!

I had no idea that such a thing existed (I've been playing off my original disc....) I must check it out!

My g/f is a big Fire Emblem fan but she hoards the game so its difficult for me to pry it away from her...

Gerhalt = wolf? If so then YOU ARE CORRECT!
