there is a tatoo salesmen in knothole glade (as you enter the village it is the second shop to your left) and some wandering salesmen have some, thats all i remember

You could just explore and find out that several traders do tattoos,
Ofcourse some other shops all around albion do tattoos to,
But its for YOU to find out where!
Remember if you want a special tattoo,
You'll need the card for it.
