Tattoo glitch

If found this really weird glitch while playing fable. I went to twinblades camp and decided to change my clothing. I then found for some reason my face was dark green. I switched to wearing no clothes to see if this had happened anywhere else on my body. I was surprised to find picture of twinblade on my back. Then I went to knothole glade and found it had changed to a picture of a forest and my face was back to normal. Could some one tell me what these pictures are. I will try to get a picture of these strnage tattoos.

actually i think its a tatoo glitch, i mostly get leaves and somethimes i get strange cool looking runes. usually by the focus stones. its nifty eh?

Also I can't remove my tattoos. The game freezes when I try to remove them.
