Tattoos

So I went to the gypsy camp to get some tats, found the tattooist (after some searching) but when I found him, he didn't come up in green, just white/purple like normal villagers.
Could someone help me with this or tell me where there's another tattoist?

Did you talk to him during the mid-day? His shop might have been closed when you talked to him.

If you don't like his tattoos though, there's always Bloodstone.

Aye. Tattooists need to sleep too, after all.

Beside that and Bloodstone, Westcliff is a good place to get some tattoos too.
