Technical problem

I dowload albion explorer. i click the folder twice, and it says the folder is invalid. it's not a virus issue. it's i didn't read the pop up thing. can someone help me?

Assure that you have all the requirements. If you are using Windows Vista/Windows 7 then run the application in Windows XP compatibility mode and also run as Administrator.

i do have all the requirements. i just messed up like 4 months ago the last time i tried to do this
