The Apologize Expression

Okay I earned the apologize expression but when I look for it with the others, it's not there...

How do I access it?

When you do something bad an icon of a white flag wil appear on one of the D-Pad arrows. Press the D-Pad in that direction and he'll apologize. It's not something you access for no reason.
