I was just wondering... I'm up to the note where it says this artefact was in a previous location, I (think) I've gone back to all of them but I can't find where it is exactly!?

rookridge, go to hobbe cave but then leave, and ud be under the bridge, swim to what is now your right and youll hit a cave eventually. its in there somewhere

im having trouble finding the artefact that is in a cave where you can "see the ocean through its walls"
