Then in the cutscene afterwards he should tell you where to find the deeds...just keep looking until your spade icon appears automatically. Then you dig.

There is a statue near the lake by the entrance to the Bordello area - dig in front of it and you should find the deeds.

OK get the Dress Set then get the redhead wig.. First u have to have sex with a Whore then after that look around the bed area for the Wig then put it all on talk to the Owner do him and he will mumble where it is... Its under the big Oak tree
