The Court in Fable 3?
I know that in fable lore it says that the Queen of Blades and Knight of Blades where killed by William, but Jack wasn't. He was supposedly destroyed in TLC when the hero threw the mask into the lava. But he may not be dead, after all he did take the form of the dragon while your hero had the mask, meaning the mask was nothing but a vessel to Jack. Plus with Theresa in possession of the spire she could do anything, even resurrect Jack and/or the rest of the court. The game never really states what she plans on doing with the spire.
I personally think that the fable series as a whole could possibly be a battle between humanity and the court. In fable 1 it was obvious since you physically battled Jack, a member of the court. However in fable 2, Theresa' motives for taking the spire are never revealed. Perhaps she sees the court coming back and is using the bloodline as a pawn in a much larger battle.
