Digital Extremes who have taken over the development of the highly awaited sequel have announced that there is a Darkness 2 demo on the way and Xbox Live Gold Members will get their hands on it first. Xbox Live Gold members will be able to play it from Tuesday next week (Jan 17th) however everyone else will have to wait an additional week (US PS Store, Steam and for Xbox Live Silver members).
However those European gamers without Xbox Live Gold accounts and those on other platforms will also have to wait an additional day on top of that and wont be able to play it until Jan 25th.
The full game is set to be released on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 on February 10th (day after my birthday *hint hint*).
