Did i just mess up by choosing myself over the youthful girl in the reaver decision? Or is this quest done at the very end? Thanks

It doesn't matter if you choose the girl or not. If you don't like looking like crap then pick the girl.

That is not the "The egomaniac achievement" The Egomaniac is from the choice to get gold at the end of the game instead of the other two choices.

The massive choice is at the end so you dont really have to worry about anything.
