the end was different for me or am i mistaken
is it right that in the end the guild is destroyed as this didnt happen for me or am i mistaken, i didnt kill the guildmaster

The Guild only gets destroyed after the first fight with Jack. You don't have to kill the guild master for it to happen. And that's not the end either.

Tlc the guild remains undamaged (still unsure why they rebuilt the maze statue) normal it stays ablaze.

the fires seem to never cease kind of like the fires around my local city were nearly surrounded by fires
no school though so i suppose waking up to the smell of ash has its benefits.
