so was this lucien guy bad at all or no because it seems to me that he was just trying to do somthing i did not catch what but any hints, i read the journals and it seemed that he was fine, also in there clothes that are like garth? or like what the potion trader guy looks like in Browerstone?

Um...He was trying to destroy Albion and recreate it his way,He killed your sister,He shot you,He killed Bob,He has a army of world class Arsewipes,He has killed numerous people in the building of the spire and he killed your dog.

How is THAT fine?!
I can't understand what your asking in the second part.

uh you must have missed the part where he killed people and torchered people at the spire and and.... theres a lot of bad things he did... he seemed good at the beggining, but then he kills your sister.
