"the game" glitch?

k soooo i entered the game quest in bowerstone and i did everything and killed all the wolves and such, but i cant go through the door at all and i dont know how to exit the quest.... and if any1 knows ill give them like 25-50k if they know and it works thansk a ton

A similar thing happened to me in the 2nd sam and his brother quest where you chase one of them through a world. The game completely glitched and i was stuff with never ending hollow men attacks and i could not get out in any way shape or form.
my advice is, look back at any key thing you've missed if its totally glitched im afraid you'll have to start a new save.. i did.

yeah jsut the only problem is i accidentily saved in there trying to join my friends game to see if it would work, and i dont wanna start a new game lol.

Did the nerd brigade say anything after you killed all the wolves? If they have, see if you can go back to the in game city and speak to the cutouts, then run back. Or check and see if a wolf is stuck behind a pillar (if they didn't speak). I mean, if your dog can get stuck behind a stump, why can't they?

And starting over isn't so bad.

I don't know if this will help or even work. I'm just throwing suggestions out.

thanks and yeahthere was 1 behind a pillar but it still wouldnt open so i invited a random guy to my game and he opened all the doors and chests for me lol

For everyone here who has glitches on "The Game", I have a step by step action that might save your game. It saved mine at least and since I couldn't find this solution on any forum I figured I'd post it and then begin a tally on how effective it is or if my game was just a lucky shot.

So I tried everybody else tricks: save, reload, look for enemies behind the wall, load a 2nd player in, etc.

Well, after loading a 2nd char in the game fails, my sis goes what if we load your char into my game and resave your char there? So we did, I went to her world instead, resaved my character on her game, then we exited it all. I reopened my game, and a quest path had appeared! I too had glitched at the tower doors, so the path lead me to the door where finally a open door options had appeared and I just finished the quest about five minutes ago now.

Let me now if this trick works for you too!
