Alright Well it finally came. I have my fable and loving it. So for you guys that don't have it or the Uk peeps that cant get it yet. Just a little incite.


Pro's

Amazing Environment
Economy system is really expansive
emotional feel twords characters (wife dog kids)
Story so far (been doing mostly side stuff atm
Interacting with npc's
Buying/Selling/Renting/Marital housing
Exploring (just going around looking for treature is fun)
Combat is exciting.
Morphing seems cool
More than the choice of good<->Evil
Muti Personalities of NPC
Perks From owning certain houses
Blacksmithing is kinda fun (Woodcutting is NOT See cons...duh)
Magic is easy to use but i have not used anything other than force push
Fun to train your dog

Cons,

Horrible weather effects
Bad animations sometimes (clipping)
Motion blur (might be my HD TV) But when running everything blurs...i cant stand it
Loading is kinda long in some areas
Frustrating sometimes when interacting with NPCs
Turning around while running, slows you down ALOT and is kinda hard to controll


Well thats all I can think of, The game is amazing and if you would like me to elaborate on any of these or other questions just ask...I'm at work..sooo i got nothing to do

I'm about 6 hours in and I think Fable II is awesome. It definitely seems like the game was maybe released a little early and needed some more polish - like glitches and lag. But I'm very happy I bought this game and look forward to playing through it several times. There are just so many things to see and do. The few problems haven't taken away from my Fable II experience.

all my 360 games lag, to me the 360 seems to lack hardware oomph. But I guess yeah it wouldnt be the first time a game is released with bugs.

I have never experienced any lag in any games on my 360
Never have i seen a frame rate drop

ducati for me gta4 doesnt lag as such but has a low frame rate compared to pc.
fifa09 demo lags inside stadium.
pes lags inside stadium.
crappy fuzion frenzy 2 (waste of cash lol) drops frames on cut scenes

I suppose to be fair the old arcade games dont drop frames

im very sad the story is so short AGAIN!! i like fables set up but i really dont care for more than 20 mins about all the cutting wood, marraige crap. i care about reaching goals, bosses and new weapons, armor, ect. dont get me wrong i think the game is really fun so far, but i can already tell i could probably get through this game without maxing stats and in like 3 days, and that kind of sucks, i wish fable would stay its course visually and gameplay wise but introduce Diablo style weapon/armor variety, and KOTOR style story depth and length.. then this game would be best

from what I read on the game so far, its very bug ridden etc. I wouldnt be surprised to see a fable 2 TLC this time next year. Longer story and finished game. It does seem lionheart made the same mistake twice releasing a game before completed.

raztis when they said the world is 10x bigger my fear was the areas were simply larger but not more towns etc. is that right?

Don't give raztis too much of your ear. True, though, not many towns. But the world is huge and a thrill to just walk around and explore. Unless you're like raztis and don't need to be playing this game in the first place.
