The Messy Bit - Short Stories

The Messy Bit
The mishaps of the villagers of Albion
Written By: deathtomacbeth

Journal of dead villager found in a small river near Oakvale…

Summer Eve: August…. Should I have fooled around with that girl at the tavern? Well of course of not, I was horribly drunk, and very , very in the mood for a good stiff drink. I suppose I had to many. My wife is going to be infuriated with me. I should probably find another place to stay in Oakvale, or possibly Bowerstone before I reveal this messy bit. Though it’s not like I was having fun the whole time, there was that bit where she reminded me of a dog I once had, making the night very awkward, thus ending the foolish messy bit that was being foolishly fumbled about. Praise the Hero’s that this girl does not show up again, perhaps I could just not mention it, get away with it, and live with back burdening guilt for the rest of my life. Sounds about right.

I remember once hearing about a Hero from the Guild cheated on his wife, and then killed his wife, and got very little evil points for this horrific event. Then, he was to be married again. Short while after they were to be divorced. The Hero is now feared all across Albion and enjoys discovering the differences of small figurines of the creatures of Albion in a small amount of time for some gold.
I suppose I should go back down to the town to reveal the awful messy bit to my beloved. Before this though, I should rent out the fastest horse in the village.

end of entry

My first attempt of short stories written by those who live in Albion..
Anyone like?

Re: The Messy Bit - Short Stories

Well i must say the idea is intrigueing and as you have rightly included will be a great platform for both humour and (word that means the guys know they are in a game or hint at such...it's 2 in the morning and i'm jetlagged give me a break =P) i do however believe that you should revise, rewrite and lengthen the first entry as well as including text formatting to make the titles clearer. All in all develop, continue and ultimately improve (and if there's time you could always take over the world!!!)

~Lupus~ (i should really post that im prowling the forums again =D)

P.S forgive any mispellings for the reasons stated for my limited vocabulary

I should hope this is a Douglas Adams style response. Correct?

Re: The Messy Bit - Short Stories

I would say so but dont try to immitate him completely put your own spin on things as a reader that should be valued even more unless you actually are Douglas Adams =D then i Love you more!

What are you talking about, I am Douglas Adams.
:w00t:
I love that face.

I shall take your advice and meditate.
If I meditated.

I will re-write this though, given the input.
May take a while, I got a week straight worth of work ahead of me, maybe I'll revise it on paper while I'm at work...
Woa...wtf am I thinking.^_^
