I have the exact same problem. I want my baby girl home... I wonder if there's some connection with Bowerstone. It seems like everyone, myself included, have this problem with a spouse in Bowerstone. I haven't figured it out yet so I hope someone answers one of our questions. Sorry I'm no help really. But at least we're not the only ones with a runaway spouse.

Try setting a gold trail on your spouse, you'll be led to her/him/it.

You've got the common missing spouse glitch. Unfortunately, there's no fix for it.
