Never mind I got it. It is the Noble pants and shirt as well as the bandit skull cap.

It might be needed sometimes, there are a few different combinations of clothing and hair that are needed. The demon door will tell you which one he wants from you after you bring him the cheese.

yeah first my demon door says mutton chops and dread locks, then it says mullet and bike handle mustache

then tart skirt yokley hat abd noble gents shrt, i think it all depends on what your wh\earing wen yu talk to him, cuz i no my friend went ahead and got mutton chops when he got dreads( before the door asked him to) and the ddoor changed it and asked for something else...
