The sword of aeons-exploit?

hi, i need som help if anyone doesn't mind....

ive seen on various websites that you can choose to keep the sword with out killing your sister after you beat jack in the first part of the story and have tried everything like hero saving and all those ways but i feel i may be doing it wrong so if anyone could explain it to me in detail or atleast point me in the right direction i would be very grateful.

All I've heard is that you need a "hacked" XBox to do.
The whole point is: After you've beaten Jack, at the moment of choosing if to keep or throw away the sword, you get it in your inventory. If you do a Hero Save then, you should get the sword, or so the rumour goes.

yeah,
you world save just before you see the guildmaster before u kill jack. now go kill jack and when u have aeon in inventory hero save then load previous save..... thats all web said

I heard that doesnt work with every copy, some code they forgot to patch up or something.

Well, most certain fact I can give is that it won't work!
It's just a silly rumour, I've heard several accounts where it won't work. It's something about that the Sword of Eons you get temporaily when deciding what to do with it won't work as the real thing.

Anyhow, who cares? This is "TLC" forum, we get a sweet sword either way we choose! :lol:

The Sword of Aeons is for evil characters and Avo's Tear is for good characters. I prefer Aeons since its red and black. w00t w00t

Why thank you. Being evil is so much easier but since you get good points from killing bandits in the woods, you end up killing the traders you saved once you figured out they have nothing good. I ususally wait in Greatwood Lake for Guards to start wandering about. Then I snipe the crap out of 'em. Stupid traders.

As for the exploit, I always found it interesting but I don't think its worth messing up my game.
