Has anybody started watching this show? It's on AMC at 10:00 PM on Sundays. I was unsure about a serious drama involving zombies, but they pulled it off so god damn well. It's an amazing show If you haven't seen it already, watch it if you get the chance. If you have seen it, what did you think so far?

Zombies kinda freak me out, but I always try and play the games and watch the movies anyway.

Just watched Episode 1 and wow im impressed, good acting, effects, and brilliantly filmed. I can tell already this show is going to be something special and i shall be watching it from now on.

LOVE IT!!! I've been addicted since the first episode. The special effects are awesome and the plot's pretty good too. Though I'm curious to see if they can keep it going without the story starting to drag. I mean, having enough action to fill a 2-hour movie is easy, but having enough to fill an entire season of a TV show may be a challenge...

They play reruns all the time. I missed the first two episodes, but they were on just before they aired the third one on Sunday.

I dont know, to be honest with the pacing of a zombie story i think it fits a long series better than a movie. I mean the zombie infection doesnt happen overnight and is normally rushed in movies so you can get to the brain splattering. Ive been enjoying the tense and slow build ups in the show and it was very much like a 28 Days Later beginning but slower paced and it worked really well. Plus a series will give you longer to get to know the characters and care about them, maybe show some backstory too.

At the end of last week's episode I THOUGHT I heard them say there were only 3 more spisodes this season... then I thought "that can't be right, I must of heard it wrong." Apparently not. I was hoping for more, but alteast there's another season coming

Im hooked on this show now, since the pilot (being one of the best ive ever seen on TV) ive been reading reviews and discussions and im glad its been renewed for a second series. I really hope that it continues to be impressive over the series and continues for some time as it could be really special.
