if you do the quest to get Lady Grey's hand in marrige can you still kill thunder in the souls of heroes quest???

Yes. The only thing different is that

1. I believe his speech is a bit different.
2. He has no hat.

yup. You dont kill him in the hand in marriage, he runs away
