No.No.No.No.
Please, please don't answer questions if you don't know what you're talking about. It does two things:
1.) It spreads misinformation for years to come; people will come here via Google all the time, read this, think you know what you're talking about, follow your advice, join the forum to say that they have this same problem and that your advice didn't work, and we're back at square one in a few months.
2.) It makes me feel obligated to answer a post that I would have otherwise ignored completely if only to prevent the previously mentioned outcome from happening.
Oh well, what's done is done. Let's get this over with."Glitch" can mean a lot of things, please specify what exactly happens.Which cutscene(s)? And does it also crash when you don't skip the same cutscene(s) These details are important. There's always a reason, you just don't know what it is.Of course it doesn't, safety mode only helps in instances where resources are involved (e.g., you have a DirectX 6 graphics card and you entered an area with many effects going all at once, *poof* crash). It doesn't help if there is an actual problem with the game itself.Mmhmm, and did you use any mods? Did you do any of your own modding of any kind? Did you touch any of the game files manually? Which tools did you use, if any? In what order did you do all of these things? Be detailed and specific, if I don't know everything you did exactly the way you did them, then it will be much harder to pull an answer out of my ass.Other than what? You installed the tools to not install mods? That doesn't make any sense. Why get the tools if you're not going to use them? That's a fancy way of saying that you have XP. This part usually doesn't matter but I like to know, would you like to tell us which edition? Home? Professional? Media Center? Is it x86 or x64? And if x86, is your CPU x86 or x64? What service pack do you have? SP2? SP3? What CPU do you have? How much RAM? What's your graphics card? Are you up to date on drivers? Are you sure you have the right drivers? Are you up to date on Windows/Microsoft Updates?
What you've told us so far is that there's a problem and Fable doesn't work. What you haven't tell us is... everything else. So get to it.
