Town Economy

I understand this may be asked a lot... a lot.

But I want straight forward answers aimed for me.

How do I improve a Town's Economy (particularly Bowerstone) quickly, or the most efficient way?

Currently, I am fixing my house up with the Luxury Set of furniture, and then I plan to rent it out, buy a new one and do the same for it. I was planning to do this until I own all of Bowerstone, and every house is set up with Luxury Settings.

Also, I am buying, trying, to buy all shops. I have all the stalls, just the furniture, weapons, book, potion and stylists and tailors left.

What else should I do?

Also, I was wondering something else to. Why does it never finish loading when I go into Bloodstone?

Re: Town Economy

owning all buildings is a good start, so you're on the right track. Make sure all the rent is at 0% or lower. Also buying and selling items helps a lot, mostly buying (since it gives the shopkeepers money so they can buy better stock).
They say it in the game periodically "the more you spend, the better items I'll have in stock" or something along those lines.

Alright.

Well currently, I have set the prices at -60% for Pure Points.
