If by 'Tranny Potion' you mean a sex change potion, you can't due to the potion being unable to leave the cave.

but trade it, yes you can. this is the way i know: both people must be in the room where the potion is found, the person trading it must be visiting this room for the first time. without leaving the room (you must not be co-oping) trade the potion to the other person and they can use it. i think there are other ways, but thats the one i know of.
