Transfer Equipment

After I completed the first quest through the guild cave, I opened the chest before the gate. The message said to check Fable2.com for information on how to access gold and equipment from ancestors. The website had no information pertaining to this message. Here's my question. Does this message refer to the possibility of equipment transfers from the original Fable, or does the message refer to something else.

no, you don't get anything from the old game, I don't know much about it myself as I havn't unlocked it yet, but from what I hear you get a doll, some tatoos and some halo gear?
