trophy mounts?

Been looking for houses with the trophy mounts, and I've only found one in Millfields. Do you get these later in the game (after you get more trophies), or are they automatically in the houses?

I'm guessing you get more as you play through the main story...I had 2 more added to a house in Millfields, but one was glitched I think.

Last time I got a trophy mount was from an Evil spouse. They come from the Sanctum place. They can also give you torture furniture.
