You need to get over 5 million to grab the key, and then get under 10,000 to get the chest.

5 mill exacly get you enough, but you can have any number above that, and when you get the key just transfer it all to your kingdom treasury(if your king or queen) and get the treasur. Who knows, you might be lucky like me and get the Dragon stomper 48. (the one reaver doesnt have). never know

Somebody told me it was random cuz he got the souldrinker and he got the dragon stomper in the sunshiine house. so i thnk it is, but i have gotten the key and chest on 2 of my 4 playthroughs, and they both were dragonstomper so i dunno
