Trouble with Avatar

I'm having trouble with my avatar. I'm trying to put two lacrosse sticks crossed to form an X as my avatar, but everytime I hit save, I recieve a message saying that the "upload failed due to temporary writing error" or whatever it is. Could someone help me?

Don't know what the issue is, I'm afraid - I tried to change my avatar earlier too and it didn't wprk. When Steve stops killing zombies on World at War then he'll look into it - although he's not sure what's wrong either just yet...
