Trouble with SubQuest Evil in WraithMarsh

Hello,

I am having trouble beat the Banshee at the end of the Evil in Wraithmarsh subquest. Unlike the other banshee I cannot damage it with any of my weapons (master katana, master turret pistol) or any of my will powers. I can kill all the little things that it spawns but cannot do any damage to the banshee. I do not even think that I can target it. I tried timing my attacks at certain points during her attacks an still nothing. Any help on this quest would be great.

You have to wait until she covers her face with her hands, and then unleash on her head with your ranged weapons. Crossbows do the most damage.
