Two character to return

Okay the first which i really want back is Scythe (I mean he is immortal) and i think he disappeared for a long time pre- Fable one.

The other is the Guild Master, although you have the choice to kill him (which i never did,) i still think with his knowledge and power etc. He should still be a live. If he was to return though he should have aged more. I'm guessing the Guildmaster had been around for millions of year can anyone confirm that.

His entrance could be along the lines of hearing his voice randomly in your head

Scythe: Yes

Guildmaster: No

Re: Two character to return

Scythe, there's an off chance. He's a a major speculated-behind-the-scences character.

The guildmaster isn't going to happen. They already resurrected him once for TLC, and given the timespan, it certainly isn't going to happen again.

Re: Two character to return

But the guildmaster never died in Fable, did he? Oh, I suppose, Jack did pwn him before the Chamber of Fate....

Also, the guildmaster hasn't been around for millions of years, he's just a bloke called Wicker that started a rebellion in the guild.

Re: Two character to return

Scythe was cool.

I have dreams about the Guildmaster. He tells me "Your Health is Low:.

Strange, when it comes to gaming, most men dream about Mai Shiranui or the dead or alive girls.

Re: Two character to return

I've been wanting Scythe back for so long. Although, from what we know about Fable 3's story, it doesn't sound like he'll make an appearance or be a part of it. But hey, there's probably some things we don't know about the story yet, so it's still possible.

I never minded the Guildmaster. I always thought he was sort of cool. It would be cool to see him in Fable 3. I wish you could have seen him fight, though. He's most likely dead, but I suppose there's a slight possibility that he's alive. He very well could have been killed when the Guild was destroyed, but if he survived that, old age could have gotten him. And in Fable 2, one of the things you can read on the loading screens says that the Hero of Oakvale killed the Guildmaster and carved the words "your health is low" into his forehead (I love that part), but it said it was only rumored, so it's not exactly confirmation. Even though he technically could be alive, I think he's one of those characters that's strictly for TLC and won't be in Fable 3.

People have rumored though (although rumors are not proof) that Jack of blades will make a return, and surely if he returns there should bean epic battle between the two.

Re: Two character to return

The guildmaster actually was killed when the guild was destroyed - by Jack of Blades. In TLC they just brushed over it like it didn't happen. Then you had the option to kill him again, of course, so they'd have to make a decision on whether that outcome was cannon or not. Not too mention that all those rumours (humourous nostalgia or not) in Fable 2 that the Guildmaster was killed by the Hero. It's definitely not going to happen.

First of all, that would really suck if Jack came back and influenced the main story. Second, where did you hear these rumors? I've heard nothing about Jack being in Fable 3.

I do agree with you that he won't be in Fable 3, but you can't deny that there's still a chance he's alive. Jack killing him was declared non canon when TLC was released, and him being killed by the Hero of Oakvale, dying during the fall of the Guild, or dying of old age have all not been declared canon.

Just around and about. But the thing is Jack of Blades is a mysterious character and we know little about. When choosing family at the end of the game, you get a letter from your sister suggesting he is still alive.

I think both character Jack of Blades and Skythe could easily fit into the story as simply warriors, and also there ways would have changed by now.

The main reason why i would like the Guildmaster too was that he became a fatherly figure for the Hero of Oakvale along with Maze, however the Guildmaster followed the hero the whole way through. I don't get the same feel of relationship with Thersea. After all those years in the Gypsy Camp, her feelings towards you haven't changed a bit.

Jack of Blades doesn't necisarily have to be the main villian.

Imagine Skythe with sawn off shot gun or a harley davidson (well that would probably only appear in Fable 4)

I can't deny that there's a tiny teapot orbiting between Earth and Mars, that doesn't mean there is. I'm saying, with above 95% certainty that he is dead in the Fable Universe.

Most people (including myself) believe that the one talked about in the letter is Scythe. This is still an ongoing debate, however.

Exactly. I never liked Theresa. The Guildmaster was always way cooler. Theresa was just cold and seemingly emotionless. She never showed any kind of warmth, compassion, or kindness to Sparrow. The Guildmaster, on the other hand, was a happy guy who genuinely cared about the Hero of Oakvale.

Yea, I would actually like it if there was a side quest that involved Jack, whether he'd dead or alive. I just don't want him to be brought back and put into the main story.
