Two Undiscovered Locations

I've pretty much discovered every point on the map except for two. There's an area north of Millfields that I have yet to discover, as well as an area on the coast of Albion, southwest of Silverpines, that I have also not discovered. What are these areas and how do I get to them? I can't seem to find any roads leading to them.

The one up the top, you must travel through mourningwood. the area is called sunset manor (or something like that)
The on the coast is accessible at end game if you donated gold to build the bridge at bowerstone lake. cross the bride.

I did something involving a bridge, but I don't recall donating gold. Where and when would I do that, and to whom would I speak to?

Also, does anyone know where the Hunter's Lodge is? I used the code that came with the Collector's Edition, but I can't seem to actually find the home.

The bridge is in millfields at the top of a small hill.

The hunters lodge can be found in mistpeak valley. Go to the demon door there and head across the wooden bridge head up the mountain (i think you only cross the one bride, there is a snow path just before the second wooden bridge)
