Unlearning Skills?

K, so my guy is muscular, I have basically all his strength attributes maxed but I don't dig much on this kind of look. If, for example, I unlearnt all his strength attributes and then used the points to max out all my will spells, or perhaps maxed my ranged attributes instead, would this change his physical appearance?

Also, unlearning stuff only refunds half the exp used to originally buy them, right?


Any help is greatly appreciated ^_^

yes u will look very different and unlearning them returns some but not all the experience u used to level up

Cheers dude, I'm afraid I am not very well versed in the ways of Fable 2 lol.

I don't suppose if your a heavy melee user its advisable to be lowering physique right the way down to the bottom end of the scale -_-

i did, i had him maxed out strength wise but he ended up looking fat when i put clothes on him so i gave back all his strength except the first upgrade, now he looks leen and meann...well not really mean since hes my good character but u get what im sayin, it did make him weaker but not too much and it made the game more fun cuz in my opinion the game is way to easy.

other things that change ur appearance are good/bad things u do, using a lot of will potions and donating to the temple of light or temple of shadows.

good things make u look better, bad things make u look uglier

increasing ur skill makes u taller

all food adds fat points except for celery, that makes u skinnier, only food in the game that does so except for potions

Aye I get the basic workings of how external measures affect your appearance, much the same as the original game in many aspects. But I never really tampered with the ability/attribute settings to alter my appearance before.

My character at the moment is ridden with loads of will users lines and I have been using height potions and such to make me taller while eating nothing but celery and tofu, health freak much lol. I don't donate often to Temple of Light, any chance this increases your "Good" rating since mine is slacking at around 70ish percent atm.

donate 10,000 and u get 75 moral points, thats the most u can get so dont donate any more but u can do it over and over again, and i think if u donate at noon u get more point and a the rising sun

Bleh, think my moral is up full- need my solid good/evil distinction more on the good side of things. You can get a weapon from donating X amount at X time can't ya?

yea i think its 10000 or more between noon and one oclock. u get the rising sun, a cleaver that looks like the sun

Yeah, but it's not that great - a lot of the legendary weapons suck compared to master weapons you can augment to your tastes.

Personally I rather enjoy the Daichi, I've had the Rising Sun for donkeys ages and never found it to be any good, nice to collect the legendary weapons for kicks though. I'm rather appearance orientated with my characters and as such Rising Sun never looked awesome enough, like some kind of fancy ass butchers knife lol.

i prefer the master cutlass with 4 augment slots...but thats because my character looks like a pirate so it just goes well

hahah its funny im actually wearing some girls clothes but whateves it looks good, villagers make fun of me tho but yea im wearing:

embroidered day tunic(dyed black and secondary banana pudding dye)
patchy coat(dyed black and secondary piratical orange)
chasm trousers(default color)
pauper boots(dyed black)
eye patch
highway man hat, the 3 cornered on, not the du-rag(dyed black and secondary piratical orange)
brodican queen warrior glove(dyed black)
dredlocks, chops and rounded goate beard
master cutlass
master turret rifle


so yea like i said a lot of it is girls clothes but it looks soooooo sick i dont even care, they need better men clothes, i feel like its so limited

Yes you only get half the experience back that was spent on that level.
And your muscle will go down when you down level your strength.
The same goes for everything like with Will your blue stuff will go away
and with Skill you will get shorter.
